Imagineering Competition

Disney’s Spirit of the Isle transports you away from the everyday stresses and invites you to climb its warm sunny terraces, dip your feet in the pools beneath the waterfall, or quietly escape to seclusion in the pods. This island provides year-round respite and relaxation.

This project was conceived by the University of Notre Dame Team and created for the 2017 Walt Disney Imagineering’s Imaginations Design Competition. This project is the sole property of Walt Disney Imagineering and all rights to use these ideas are exclusive to Walt Disney Imagineering. The competition is a way for students and recent graduates to showcase their talents and for Walt Disney Imagineering to identify new talent.

My specific contributions to this group project include the majority of the Solidworks model, a number of renderings and sketches, and assistance with the 3D printed model.
